The overall cabin, driving position, and outside view is much like an SUV and easily humble cars 2 segments above.
BHPian autoliebe recently shared this with other enthusiasts:
Enjoying the initial days of excitement with my Tiago.ev Creative+ 24, even though it’s the 2nd car of the house. The relationship is growing with every passing day.
Here are some candids taken randomly for all to enjoy
First look ever on the car during PDI:

First Impressions
One of the first things I noticed was how quiet the car feels compared with a traditional petrol or diesel vehicle. The smooth and silent drive makes everyday trips feel more relaxed, especially in busy city traffic.
The compact dimensions are another big advantage. Parking in tight spaces and navigating crowded streets has been relatively effortless, which makes the Tiago EV well suited for daily urban driving.
Getting Used to EV Driving
Driving an EV is a little different at first. Instead of constantly thinking about fuel, I find myself paying more attention to battery percentage, charging points and driving efficiency.
Regenerative braking is also something that takes a little time to get used to. Once you understand how it works, however, it becomes a natural part of the driving experience.
Charging and Daily Usage
One of the biggest questions before buying an EV is whether charging will fit into your daily routine. So far, charging the Tiago EV has been a straightforward experience.
For regular city usage, having a predictable charging routine can make EV ownership quite convenient. There’s also something satisfying about starting the day with a charged battery and knowing that your daily commute doesn’t require a visit to a fuel station.
What I’m Enjoying Most
A few things that have stood out during my initial ownership:
- Smooth and quiet driving experience
- Instant acceleration
- Easy manoeuvrability in city traffic
- Compact size for everyday use
- Convenient home charging
- Lower dependence on traditional fuel
- A fun and different driving experience
Still Learning
Of course, the ownership journey is still new, and I’m learning more about the car every day. Understanding the best charging habits, getting the most out of regenerative braking and finding the right balance between performance and efficiency will take some time.
That’s also what makes EV ownership interesting. You start becoming more conscious of how you drive and how much energy the car uses.
Final Thoughts
The Tata Tiago EV has made a very positive first impression. These initial ownership days have been filled with small discoveries, enjoyable drives and the excitement of experiencing electric mobility firsthand.
It may be my first few days with the car, but the Tiago EV already feels like a lovely companion for everyday journeys. I’m looking forward to putting more kilometres on the odometer and sharing how the ownership experience develops over time.
